5% discount for stays of 10 days or more.
One time cleaning fee of $60 applies to all reservations of less than one week.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

A refundable security deposit made by check or credit card will be required 30 days prior to arrival .

Your security deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of departure.

You must agree to replace or pay for any incurred expenses, loss, breakage, or damage with security deposit.

A minimum of two nights are required when making a reservation.

Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

50% of deposit withheld if reservation is canceled within 15 to 29 days of arrival.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
